Rx. Puerariae Ge Gen 18g Discharges Exterior conditions, releases the muscles, especially of the neck and upper back, relieves Heat and generates fluids.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 18g Nourishes the Blood, astringes Yin, calms Liver Yang and Liver Wind and alleviates pain.
Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 15g Tonifies Qi and Blood and relieves numbness and pain.
Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 12g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin and generates fluids.
With Bai Shao, for Blood Deficiency Heat.
Squama Manitis* Chuan Shan Jia 12g Activates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, Expels Wind-Dampness from the channels.
Rx. Codonopsis Dang Shen 9g Tonifies the Middle Jiao, augments Qi and nourishes the Blood.
With Huang Qi, for Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency with fatigue, shortness of breath, diarrhea and anorexia.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 9g Activates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, nourishes the Blood and calms the Spirit.
Sm. Armeniacae Xing Ren 9g Stops cough and calms wheezing.
Flos Carthami Hong Hua 9g Activates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, opens the channels and alleviates pain.
With Di Long and Tu Bie Chong, for Bi syndrome.
Rz. Cyperi Xiang Fu 9g Spreads and regulates Liver Qi and alleviates pain.
Pheretima Di Long 9g Drains Heat, extinguishes Wind, stops spasms and unblocks and promotes movement in the channels and collaterals.
Eupolyphaga/Steleophaga Tu Bie Chong 9g Breaks up and drives out Blood Stasis, activates Blood circulation, disperses lumps and masses and knits together sinews and joins bones.
Rx. Clematidis Wei Ling Xian 9g Dispels Wind-Dampness, unblocks the channels, reduces Phlegm and alleviates pain.
